Friday, April 4, join us as we celebrate the new oceanic season with an evening preview of the exhibition "otras montañas, las que andan sueltas bajo el agua" [other mountains, adrift beneath the waves], curated by Yina Jiménez Suriel.
This special event will begin at 6pm with the exhibition opening, followed at 7pm by official remarks from TBA21 co-director Markus Reymann.
Until 9pm, it will be possible to preview the installations "A shipwreck is not a wreck" by Nagia Huggins and "a call to the ocean" by Tessa Mars, both created specifically for the spaces of Ocean Space.
For the occasion, the exhibition "Echoes of the Sanctuary," curated by Louise Carver and hosted in the Research Room, will also be open to the public.
Throughout the event, our team of cultural mediators will be present to guide visitors through the new exhibitions, answer their questions, and satisfy their curiosity.
In the San Lorenzo cloister, guests will be able to enjoy a convivial moment accompanied by organic Prosecco from Perlage, Technical Sponsor of the Public Program, and botanical fermented drinks (0% alcohol) from Feral, Technical Sponsor of the event.
